Our Philosophy
Our approach draws from years of working with successful individuals, entrepreneurs and business people. We found that these people successfully manage their resources (time, money, and their team) and make life choices in a way that supports their key personal strengths. We also found that they used a variety of tools they had learned in their career that many have not had access to.

As coaches and workshop leaders, we believe our job to be two-fold: first, to inspire our participants to tackle the sometimes challenging process of self-analysis and change. Second, we teach simple, effective tools that might otherwise take a lifetime to learn, and encourage and support participants as they learn and practice them.

Ultimately, there's no magic bullet - change and self-development are work, sometimes hard work. But that doesn't mean we can't help inspire you, give you an "a-ha!" breakthrough moment, or teach you a tool that will make it easier.

Finally, we want to be clear about this. Working with us is not about following our plan. It's about developing your plan. It's about holding yourself accountable -- one of the biggest challenges. We've been to a number of other self-help seminars and watched people get all excited on the day of the seminar, then get home, throw the materials in a drawer, and go on about their lives, unchanged. We're not here simply to entertain you on the day of the workshop - we're here to inspire you to make solid, lasting, positive change in the direction you want to go.
